2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, app, or placing an order with us, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

3. Placing an Order

  • Orders can be placed via our website, app, email, or approved third-party platforms.

  • Minimum order values:

    • £35.00 for deliveries within London and M25

    • £80.00 for courier deliveries outside the M25

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute similar items if required.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and you are authorised to do so on behalf of the purchasing entity.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • Payment terms are typically 1–7 days from the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.

  • Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Deliveries

  • We deliver 7 days a week, typically between 01:00 and 06:00.

  • Customers must ensure safe access for delivery and availability to receive goods unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Order Amendments & Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations must be submitted by 12:00 noon the day before delivery.

  • Late cancellations may be chargeable, particularly for bespoke or special items.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We may require photographic evidence for complaints.

  • Refunds or replacements are discretionary and handled case by case.

  • We do not accept returns for perishable goods unless faulty or not as described.

8. Allergen & Dietary Information

  • Allergen information is available on request and should be reviewed before ordering.

  • Our bakery handles: gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, soya, sulphites.

  • While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee any product is 100% allergen-free due to shared equipment.

9. Use of Website & App

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and app in line with these Terms.

  • You must not misuse our site by introducing viruses or attempting unauthorized access.

10. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security risk.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our site and app — including logos, text, images, recipes, documents, and designs — remains the intellectual property of Debaere Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

12. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • Discounts may apply only to online or app-based orders and must be used within valid promotional periods.

  • Debaere Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • We are not liable for delays or failure caused by force majeure (events beyond our control).

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
