On-line Ordering

DEBAERE agrees to execute all orders in accordance with their terms but reserves the right to reject any order in its absolute discretion. You acknowledge and agree that DEBAERE is entitled to assume that any order which is placed with DEBAERE via on-line ordering and is accepted by DEBAERE is a valid order.

You acknowledge that:

  1. a) On-line ordering is provided in good faith, but DEBAERE does not guarantee its performance or availability;
  2. b) On-line ordering may be unavailable from time to time for regularly scheduled maintenance and/or upgrades.
  3. c) There are inherent hazards in electronic distribution and as such DEBAERE cannot warrant against delays or errors in transmitting data between you and us including orders, and you agree that to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any losses which you suffer as a result of On-line Ordering not being available or for delays or errors in transmitting orders.

We reserves the right to terminate your order if it learns that you have provided false or misleading information, interfered with other users or the administration of DEBAERE services, or violated these terms & conditions.

Changes And Cancellation

Please make every endeavour to ensure that the product, pick up date and personalised message are correct before you place your order. Once you have confirmed and paid for your order no changes are permitted. The order will be charged to your account and delivered to the nominated address as ordered.

Guarantee Of Satisfaction

Only the freshest and finest ingredients are used in our recipes. However, if you are not genuinely satisfied with the quality of the product return it to the place of collection as soon as possible for a full refund or replacement.

Delivery & Collections

Click & Collect: If you choose to Click and Collect from our site at Perivale or any of our customer stores please ensure to collect your orders between 9am to 3pm –Monday to Friday and 11am to 2pm on Saturday & Sunday. If you are having problems getting to the store or at our site please call us in the office and we will do our very best to help out, please note we cannot offer any refunds or last minute cancellations on orders that are placed but not collected from the agreed place and time.

Deliveries:  We do make deliveries to all over London and we have our own delivery drivers who work during the night to delivery over 300 customers every day, 7 days a week.  So if you would like us to deliver on to your café or restaurant rather than collecting please call in office to discuss but please note all deliveries will be made during night or early mornings and subject to delivery charges.
